Directions

From Logan airport

Exit the airport and take the Sumner Tunnel into Boston.
Upon exiting the tunnel, get onto 93 North. NOTE: Due to frequently-changing traffic patterns as a result of Boston's Big Dig,
please pay close attention to signs.
Once on 93 North, stay to the right, and get off at exit 26, Storrow/Cambridge.
Upon exiting the tunnel, follow signs for Storrow Drive.
Remain in the left lane and follow signs for Kendall Square (Left Exit).
Upon exiting to Kendall Square, get to the right of the exit ramp, and take a right at end of ramp.
Cross the Longfellow Bridge to the other side of the Charles River.
Once over the bridge, take your first right onto Third Street.
Park in the garage immediately on your right for One Broadway.
Enter main building for One Broadway and check in at security desk.
Take elevator to 10th floor–you’ve arrived at DirectoryM.

From West of Boston

Follow Interstate 90 (Mass Pike) eastbound to Boston/Logan Airport to Exit 18 (Cambridge/Allston) and get in right lane.
Drive over bridge and take right onto Memorial Drive.
Follow Memorial Drive past the BU and Mass Avenue bridges.
Take a left on Wadsworth Street, toward Kendall Square.
Take first left onto Amherst street, and follow to end.
Take right on Ames street, at second set of lights, take a right onto Broadway.
At first set of lights, take left onto Third Street.
One Broadway is the tall, gray cement building at the corner of Broadway and Third Street.
Park in the garage for One Broadway.
Enter main building entrance for One Broadway and check in at security desk.
Take elevator to 10th floor–you’ve arrived at DirectoryM.

From the North

Take Route 93 South to Boston.
As you near Boston, you will notice the new Zakim Bridge ahead of you. Follow the signs for Cambridge and Storrow Drive (as dictated).
NOTE: Due to frequently-changing traffic patterns as a result of Boston's Big Dig, please pay close attention to signs.
Storrow Drive will go through a short tunnel and traffic will be merging in from the right. You should still be in the left lane,
as you will very shortly be taking a left exit.
Take the first left exit. (Signs will say Government Center and Kendall Square).
Upon exiting to Kendall Square, get to the right of the exit ramp, and take a right at end of ramp.
Cross the Longfellow Bridge to the other side of the Charles River.
Once over the bridge, take your first right onto Third Street.
Park in the garage immediately on your right for One Broadway.
Enter main building for One Broadway and check in at security desk.
Take elevator to 10th floor–you’ve arrived at DirectoryM.

From the South

Take Route 93/South East Expressway North to Boston.
Stay on 93 North and proceed through the new Liberty Tunnel. Stay to the right, and get off at exit 26, Storrow/Cambridge.
Upon exiting the tunnel, follow signs for Storrow Drive.
Once on Storrow Drive, take the first left exit. (Signs will say Government Center and Kendall Square).
Upon exiting to Kendall Square, get to the right of the exit ramp, and take a right at end of ramp.
Cross the Longfellow Bridge to the other side of the Charles River.
Once over the bridge, take your first right onto Third Street.
Park in the garage immediately on your right for One Broadway.
Enter main building for One Broadway and check in at security desk.

MBTA - Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority

DirectoryM is located near the Kendall Square stop on the Red Line.
Once at Kendall Square station, you will need to go above ground and walk toward the Square/Boston. Depending on which stairwell you go up this could be a couple of feet to 50 yards. Kendall Square has a fountain/sculpture that resembles a globe. Bank of America is also located on the Square.
With the Bank of America at your back, walk through the fountain area and cross the street. The building across Broadway is One Broadway.
